The North and West Metropolitan Region Palliative Care Consortium is proud to host this on-line webinar.   Panellists from Very Special Kids will provide information about the work of Very Special Kids and how Very Special Kids can support your practice when caring for children with life limiting illness and their families. You will also be able to send questions prior to the session and ask questions during the session. The session will be facilitated by Kathleen Menzies, Manager, North and West Metropolitan Region Palliative Care Consortium.
