PEPA | Pain Management in Palliative Care for GPs

• Management of pain – routes of administration
• Principles of opioid use: titration, prescribing, breakthrough dosing and rotation of opioids

Target Audience: This workshop is for General Practitioners based in Victoria (Australia) who care for people with a life-limiting illness. Practice Nurses are welcome to attend.
Facilitator: Dr Indrajith Jayasinghe is a dual specialist in general medicine and palliative care with interest in neuro-palliative care. Dr Jayasinghe is currently working at Frankston Hospital as a general physician in Hospital Admission Risk Program and Calvary Care Bethlehem as an inpatient palliative consultant.
