PEPA Mentoring Workshop

Target Audience: Palliative care professionals working in or closely with specialist palliative care services who are interested in becoming a PEPA Mentor to support their organisation as a Host site for PEPA placements.

Mentoring is defined as a relationship between an experienced and a less experienced person in which the mentor provides guidance, advice, support and feedback to the mentee to support their future experience and growth.

This workshop is designed for experienced health professionals who wish to mentor and share their palliative care knowledge with others. Prior to registering for the workshop, applicants are required to complete the online PEPA Mentoring modules PEPA Mentoring – PEPA (pepaeducation.com) as the workshop will build on the concepts and topics covered in the online program.
