• Clinicians implementing PCOC into routine clinical practice

• Assessing the palliative care phase
• Assessment tools for symptom and functional assessment
• Using assessment data to inform care and improve practice
• Identifying strategies for integrating PCOC assessments into practice

• Services that are registered with PCOC
• Completion of the PCOC Essentials online module
