PCOC Clinical Leadership Workshop: Assessment & Response Framework – April

At the end of the workshop, the participants will:

• Have a documented plan to provide support and education. This includes a specific plan to address Key Strategy ‘local processes for assessment’, Key Strategy ‘education processes’, and a response to the recommendations in the PCOC education checklist.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of the PCOC training resources available to support implementation, embed key concepts and promote consistent and reliable data collection.
• Connect and network with other senior clinicians for the purpose of sharing experiences and strategies in the successful application of the PCOC assessment and response framework.
