Palliative Care Australia | Beyond the Walls

PCA Connect presents a webinar exploring the needs that exist beyond the hospital walls for children, young people, and their families with palliative care needs.

Anyone working with children and young people with life-limiting illnesses or disabilities is invited to hear from those with lived experience and professionals in the field.
