Healthy End of Life (HELP) APP – Information Session

The Help App connects people experiencing a life limiting illness with the friends and family around them. We all want to help our loved ones but it’s not always clear how. The HELP App removes these barriers and connects people who want to help with the tasks they need support with.

This session gives an overview of the HELP App, who could benefit from using it, and how to introduce it to patients and their carers. We will also share stories of how it is being used currently.
