- It explores the wide range of non-death losses that arise, recognising how accumulative losses reshapes identity, relationships, and future expectations long before death occurs.
- This workshop will give tools around how to manage and non-death losses and societal expectations that come with this.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Recognise the breadth of non-death losses experienced by the elderly, families and carers.
- Develop strategies to respond effectively to hidden and complex grief experiences.
- Reflect on own professional role in accompanying clients through age related grief while developing own wellbeing strategies.
