Centre for Palliative Care | Masterclass – Clinical Ethics

This masterclass will enhance clinicians’ understanding of ethics as they apply to palliative and end-of-life-care.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
For attendees to:
– reflect on the ethical context that underpins clinical care
– have an understanding of the key ethical principles that support clinical decision-making
– explore the ethical aspects of professional health practitioners’ role in clinical practice
The masterclass will incorporate clinical cases, which can demonstrate some ethical challenges, promote discussion and demonstrate strategies for responding/resolving the issues.
